Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts to the Journal of Fuzzy Intelligence. All submissions will first be assessed by an editor to determine whether they align with the aims and scope of the journal. Submissions deemed a good fit will then undergo peer review to determine whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before submitting, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as images, datasets, or documents. All listed authors must consent to be identified as an author. Where applicable, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee, in accordance with the legal and institutional requirements of the study’s country.

An editor may desk-reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. To increase the likelihood of a positive review outcome, please ensure that:

  • The study design and research argument are well-structured and clearly articulated.

  • The title is concise and accurately reflects the content of the paper.

  • The abstract is self-contained, summarizing the main contributions and results of the study.

Once you are confident that your submission meets these standards, please follow the submission checklist below to prepare your manuscript for review.
